Fresh Flowers

Flowers are non refundable.  If for any reason beyond Floral Creatif’s control, is unable to supply the goods/services ordered, Floral Creatif will notify you as soon as possible in order to allow you to change the order.  In the event of supply difficulties, Floral Creatif reserves the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal value.

Silk flowers, silk arrangements, grave arrangements and sundries

When you are returning any of the items listed above you should return it to us along with your receipt of purchase, unused, and with labels not removed within 28 days of receipt of delivery.

When we receive the product we will refund you any payment that has been made using your original payment method where appropriate.  Please allow 14 days from return for this process to be completed.

In Store – Products can be returned in person to our shop.

By Post – Products can be returned by using the label enclosed with your order by post to Floral Creatif, Woodview Garden Center, 3 Cloughan Road, Armagh, Co. Armagh, N. Ireland, BT61 8RF.
